Always good experience. I have always previously been bulk billed for consultations but perhaps this system has been changed as I was asked to provide my credit card details this morning. My phone consultation with Dr Bhat was instructive and the information from the doctor re a request for a specialist referral and my need for a pathology profile prior to my appointment with the cardiologist was good advice. On checking dates my appointment is a few months away so l will wait a few weeks before having the fasting blood tests.

I have been seeing Dr Ban Yacoub for several years. I highly recommend her. She has great manner, is very thorough and I feel I have a family doctor again after years at Medical Centres taking pot luck with doctors who do not know me or my history.

As I'm of age to have a Health Check we were lucky enough to have a lovely Lady go through the Health Check. She was a breath of fresh air and open and informative on medical and age related information. She was very professional, it was a pleasant experience.

My family and I have been attending this practice for many years and would not go anywhere else. I have always been happy with the care and advice I've been given. The doctors are all experienced, long term incumbents so continuity of care is available. I do not have any issues getting appointments to suit, even at short notice, and rarely have to wait very long once I'm at the surgery. I have never felt rushed during an appointment and felt that the doctors were listening. A well balanced team including excellent female doctors and helpful ancillary staff. A really good family practice.

I was able to book online the night beforr. Got to see doctor the next morning Not a long wait. Professional and helpful. Left feeling satisfied and having confidence that the Dr had given me the correct treatment.

I have been going to the Dural Medical Centre for 40 years. It has always had kind, caring and knowledgeable doctors. The admin team are absolutely lovely as well and will always try their best to accommodate you. Highly recommend!!

I visited this practice and doctor consultations was smooth. However I ended up chasing them for a week to get the Pathology and ultrasound reports and still no luck. That’s too unprofessional and I will not recommend this practice to anyone.
